Turn Abandoned Notes Into Original Content Ideas

For years I collected notes from interesting content in my Evernote account. I never used 99% of them.

Those thousands of notes weren’t helping me have better content ideas.

Later, I realized my double mistake:

• I was just saving sources, not extracting notes,

• I wasn’t building new ideas through reflection.

So, I changed completely. Now:

• I save specific quotes, not entire pages or videos,

• I add my reflections,

• I connect notes to one another.

This way, I make notes mine. And connections create serendipity. They lead to unexpected combinations of ideas.
