A few years back, I tried growing a new account on X (formerly Twitter) from scratch. I played the "reply guy" tactic.

Every day I blocked 30 minutes to comment on the right posts to steal my slice of attention and grow faster. When I was consistent, I saw results.

But I also saw burnout. I didn't enjoy a single minute of it.

I've been creating content for over 14 years. I never stopped studying the best growht tactics and hacks. Once in a while, I get jealous, and try to accelerate things with some of those hacks.

It always ends up like my experiment on X. Tiny results, big depression.
