My current Italian business started with a podcast. My co-founder interviewed Italian digital enterpreneurs for years.
We saw first hand how powerful podcasting was:
to attract an engaged audience,
to build relationships with interesting guests,
to never run out of content ideas.
But… We also saw first hand how grueling it was. Before every episode, we had to email the guest multiple times. And after recording, we had to post-process the audio, write an article, upload everything…
Only a solid workflow allowed us to do it efficiently, meet the deadlines, and don’t go crazy!
I recently started my podcast on Substack. I’m interviewing creators live, then uploading the recordings as a podcast. So, I created for myself a Notion dashboard to help me with the process.
I think it can help everyone manage their podcast. So, I turned it into a template. The video above describes how it works.
I kept it simple. Complicated systems are paralyzing. But the video shows how you can customize it and complicate it to your heart’s content. 😉
