How to Write Less, Far Less, and Impact More - with Benjamin Antoine

The living proof that you can get more views and engagement with less but deeper content.

Most creators follow a “more is more” strategy: more articles, more short posts, more videos, more emails, more products. Benjamin Antoine is taking a radically opposite approach… and it’s working.

Benjamin Antoine runs a YouTube channel about his life as an Englishman in Germany. He started publishing two videos per week. That’s what everyone recommended.

But the quality suffered. He suffered.

Now he produces just one video per month. But this didn’t kill the channel. All the stats are up and to the right. And he’s getting sponsorship offers.

On Substack, he writes The 2-Hour Creator, following the same script. Only 2 articles per month.

But he didn’t kill his publication, either. The number of subscribers is soaring. But, most importantly, he gets dozens of comments on his articles. His words have impact.

This is a very unusual case. For new creators, prioritizing quality over quantity is usually an excuse to procrastinate.

How is he pulling this off?

Listen to our interview to discover how he manages to run a successful publication and a successful YouTube channel, with a counterintuitive strategy. And, by the way, alongside a full-time job.
