Something that works well for me is to write whatever I have to share. And then schedule the publishing a few hours in the future. It’s weird but it is reduces drastically whatever emotions I might have about my post.

Some people, given the time to wait before the shceduled publication, go back, unschedule, and fix until the last minute!

You give excellent advice. I know when I follow my system I get my content out the door. If I allow my tiredness to cloud my mindset it can derail me.

For me it's more nuanced. Comparison can be a motivator. And comparing to the right people can teach you the right lessons.
