I found this very helpful. I love the idea of saving things with "Note, Article or video" in front of them. I don't do video, but still the other two alone would save me tons of time for sorting out ideas I write down. I do a lot of fiction so I think Note/Article/Fiction would be my break down. I can't wait to try this out.
I'm a OneNote Gal. I use it for everything. I have all kinds of notebooks. Grocery lists with a homemade recipe list to workouts to all my journal notes and even notes from classes I've taken I've taken. I keep screen grabs of articles that have been helpful too. I need to organize it a little better, but with the search feature I usually can find what I need.
I mostly use Notion. But I also use Apple Notes as backup when I'm not near my computer.
Do you find the time to regularly consolidate everything into Notion?
That's the struggle. I only do it when I remember to.
Set a reminder on your calendar, at least once a week, it may be enough
I save my ideas to Apple Notes multiple times a day.
Do you keep them there or move them to something more structured?
I try to find time to make Notes or long-form posts out of them in the next few days.
Ok, my process is much slower.

Great!
What tools will you use?

Right, good search features save us a lot of time.
