I just started reading Atomic Habits, although I was implementing some of the strategies beforehand over the past few months. Small efforts, repeated daily, with a clear goal in mind, can bring massive change!
They inevitably bring massive change.
I've been practicing yoga every day for over 2 years. But just 15 minutes per day.
The improvement is measurable. Some poses feel much easier. But I'm more flexible in my everyday life, too.
